How to appeal the decision – Academic Recognition

The service responsible for the evaluation of a qualification should inform the applicant, as part of the initial information it provides, of the procedures available to appeal their decision.

It is up to the authority evaluating the credential to show that the credential does not fulfill the requirements for recognition and to state the reasons for not recognising it. If you are not satisfied with the result of the assessment of your diploma, you can appeal the decision.

Information about specific procedures for ENIC-NARIC countries are available on each country page. Please click on "Countries of the Networks" and then on the name of the country of interest and contact the national information centre of that country for expert assistance.
